After years of serving clients across the Upstate, our founder and Broker-in-Charge, Jolene Peddicord, recognized a need for a brokerage that didn’t simply transact homes—but built lasting relationships rooted in honesty, expertise, and genuine care.
As a Realtor®, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS Guild), and a longtime Upstate resident, Jolene brings a unique blend of local insight, elevated service, and industry leadership to every client relationship. She is also an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce, reflecting her belief in strengthening and giving back to the community she serves.
Beyond her professional achievements, Jolene is deeply committed to her family and the Upstate lifestyle. She is married to her husband, Brandon, who owns a distribution company in the Upstate, and together they are raising their son, Benjamin. As a family, they enjoy taking cruises, traveling the world, supporting local sports teams, and being involved in community events.

She holds a B.S. in Financial Management with a minor in Real Estate from Clemson University, giving her both analytical expertise and a deep understanding of the financial landscape surrounding homeownership.
Her professional background spans customer service, sales, and time spent at a local law firm—roles that strengthened her ability to communicate clearly, navigate challenges effortlessly, and support clients with professionalism and empathy. Erin and her husband, David, also own two successful distributorship businesses in the Upstate, all while raising their two accomplished children—Savannah, currently enrolled in the Nursing program at USC Upstate, and Cameron, who is completing his senior year at Fountain Inn High School. Their shared dedication to family, business, and community speaks volumes about Erin’s strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Kim is a proud Greenville native and lifelong Upstate South Carolina enthusiast who returned home after more than two decades away, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a deep appreciation for the place she’s always called home.
With over 30 years in real estate, Kim began her career in South Carolina before building an impressive track record in Florida and Georgia, where she served as both a Sales Manager and Broker-in-Charge for respected home builders. Her return to the Upstate included leadership as a Sales Manager for one of the region’s top builders, where she further refined her expertise in new construction, community development, strategic marketing, and client-centered sales.
Kim’s approach is rooted in the belief that a home is more than a transaction—it’s a foundation for life’s most meaningful moments. She is passionate about helping buyers and sellers find not just the right property, but the right lifestyle. Drawing on her extensive builder background and market knowledge, she provides thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and a steady, trusted presence throughout every step of the process.
